Realistic Racing Reorganization 3.0

After last nights shake up, long conversations ensued and brought about a solution. To carry this community on we will need participation from several individuals. Sniper, Chelsea, Luongo, and myself do not have the time available to keep this going alone. The roles we will need filled are listed below with individuals who commit to or express interest in these positions. Each position will need a backup.

Talent Acquisition:
Individual will be responsible for organizing the Sunday night recruitment races.
Nominations - Sniper and ??? (someone with people skills) Up to 4 total members with Sniper as the lead.

Web Design:
Individual is responsible for website look and operation.
Nominations - Shane and Del as backup

Statistics:
Tracking statistics from series results. Filling out and posting results when needed. I made a blanket spread sheet that can be used for all series that automatically does the math. Series Leads could fill it out themselves or report the numbers back to one of the individuals. The stat reporting must be kept diligently.
Nominations - Helen and ???

General Admin
Day to day dealings with drivers, penalties, etc. Website progression. Series approval. Event Approvals.
Nominations - All Admin.

***If you would like to volunteer for any of the vacant positions please post here or contact admin. Our objective is to departmentalize the responsibilities so that if one person can no longer perform there duties, the whole site does not go into a downward spiral as it has recently.

Do you have and know how to use Office or Open Office?

If you don't mind I would love to do General Admission! This was probably my only problem with RR and I would like to better this department!

I sent you over a friends request King I am very keen to hear your ideas etc and what you didn't like so we can improve things for sure. It is something I think needs streamlining for sure.

I can help with the recruitment end of things. I've been racing in the public B lobbies as of late and usually come across one or two that know how to play right etc. Some very fast guys --- some not so much but thats not what it's all about to begin with.
I only added one to my FL so far but just started to recruit last night also. I know you guys think going to the public lobbies for racers isn't exactly the best --- I won't bring over bozo's with no clue....and if it turns out somebody wants to play the fool,the intentional basher we all hate to deal with etc, we all can do the vote to give the boot.
As a side note I think Sunday nights we should mix up at least between A-B classes racing during the night as well. Just an idea as ALOT of B class racers dont go into A much and vice versa. Just a way to gain more talent

Game froze on me last night while sending videos to King. I think I got through 4-5 of them, all IMSA videos.

I need some ideas on what the background music to the video should be. Knowing me, I'd put Heavy Metal/Screamo for the video and I know most people do not like that kind of music. Any Suggestions?

I'm a big classic rock fan so there are many more but these are my top three. Granted the Casanovas are a newer band that particular song is a good driving song. Thats probably why Codemasters used it lol.
