A few things to keep in mind please
Firstly as most of you know we have grown in members a lot over the last month or so and as we grow we do not want to lose our morals so plese keep in mind the following things
Get to know who you are talking to etc and please treat all members with respect and refrain from inflammatory comments or remarks in parties or on the forum that could upset someone and if on the off chance you do upset someone you are expected to apologise and put things right as well as obviously not doing it again. Anyone caught picking on another member or causing upset to another member runs the risk of being placed on a yellow/red card and if someone repeats this breach in our rules runs the risk of their account on RR being put in question.
Forums
As we grow the forums have already got a lot busier and will continue to grow so please can all the topics be kept on subject that way the forums can be kept cleaner and tidier. If you post out of subject we reserve the right to remove your post.
Forumoton rules
As you all know some of our rules are within our agreement with forumotion so please use common sense and don't post anything that could be in breach of those. If we see anything that is in breach of that we reserve the right to delete the post as we obviously don't want to be in breach of them for obvious reasons.
Spamming
Please do not go wild spamming the same things across several forums again it will keep things cleaner
New series
Please feel free to build or work/test the interest on a series in the series in the making section however to put a series forward you must complete the template and forward it to the owners. Your template will be reviewed and you will receive an answer as soon as we can. Just as a note a decision is also based on how much we have running at any 1 time for example you maybe asked to run it when things are quieter etc.
Signing up for a series
When you sign up for anything on RR you are signing to say your understand and will comply to both the site rules and the rules for the series. Also when you sign up for something please think about what else you already have agreed to do it is and at some point we have all over committed.
If you invite new members
Please make sure you do the following to help us
Make sure they understand what RR is and how things work as well as what is expected of them
Let us know their Gamertag
Ask them to complete the drivers application section in the new drivers registration section
Once they have been accepted explain how they reserve a car number
Make sure they send a friends request to the realistic racing Xbox account
We are currently working on a simple set of guidelines for what is expected of Speedkings etc to give you guys an idea here's an example
Description
Assist admin with policing the forums
Assist our Series admin with various tasks (aka Reviewing footage)
Be the eyes and ears where we are not.
Criteria
Dedicated
Responsible
Able to be unbiased
Member in Good standing
Always aim to act in the best interest of RR
If a Speedking receives a yellow or red card he/she can't remain as a Speedking simply because it sends the wrong message
Like I say this is subject to changes and we will post it up properly when it is finished.
Speedkings are their to help RR so we obviously expect them to be listened to however if you don't agree with something they have said or they haven't acted in the best interest of RR then please forward a pm to the owners or Admin and we will obviously look into it.
Most of all have fun and may the Forza be with you
Thank you
