ALMS IMPORTANT UPDATE

Message from the owners and admin of RR

Just to let everyone know Danbre is no longer a member of RR. All we will say at this time is it is a decision we have not taken lightly and we will update everyone on the future plans for the ALMS Series as soon as we can.

Thank you for your patience in this matter

This series will go on as scheduled, we are sorting a few things, some things may change. No Cars will be removed nor added, just a review of the series.

This, and maybe qualifying again too? Lobby 3 only did like 13 laps until everyone stopped racing.

I honestly do not want to redo the first race. Not because I finished well (I practically totaled my car on lap 8 ), It's just a seriously long race. If it was changed to say 35 laps then I'd be down for it.

first race is complete, on to week 2. week 1 will be valid

so many people put alot of time into these cars and id hate to see all of that go to waste. details will come to light soon about the ALMS changes.

Well then what is happening with lobby 3 and points? Because we didn't finish.

I know its a long race but if builds are being changed I think it should be re-raced so everyone has a fair chance of getting the points they deserve by having all drivers race on a more level field with the new builds. Just my thought to keep it fair

I don't think the builds are supposed to change and I wasn't there for the race, but if a lobby really didn't finish then that's gonna be an issue in itself.

Points and finishing order are updated. Per rules, you had to finish 70% of the race in order to receive points.

i have had the privlage of runing all the "preseason" races and have won 2 and got second in the 3rd
that bein said i say resign up and lets do it correct starting AGAIN at sebring in my opinion thats the fair,just
and MERICAN thing to do!!!!

If you have already signed up in the prototype class in any car other than the Honda Lola, Please send me a friends request on XBL or contact me by PM. All cars other than the Honda Lola have been dropped. But to be fair, i am going to gift you a Honda Lola, regardless if you have one in your garage. This is the only fair thing that we can do to keep you from having to purchase another car.
