Pfft, gas mileage is officially a myth now. Volkswagen has raised the bar on the MPG market, first with their TDI's, then with their 1.4L dual-charged (Euro) and 1.4L turbo (NA), and now bring on the XL1. 261 MPG sounds pretty nice in my opinion. The only downside? Quantity and Pricing.
