To whom is causing trouble

I am NOT happy I have just woken up really ill to find trouble again. Trust me I am on the war path and I will hunt you down.

Well done idiots heres my latest proposal to the owners because of what some of you have caused.

I propose we remove all teams sections and split the site back to individual drivers etc. The reason I say this is because it clears the forum and if they wanna argue and bicker in parties I don't give a fuck but they are ruining our site. Then if someone gets stupid in forums we deal with them individually until we get rid of the dick heads then maybe we can look at the teams thing later. I think its now time to step in and make a stand the whole teams bs is just causing us constant headaches. We then make it very clear the next person that causes bad feeling gets booted. They are taking the piss ruining 3 years of work in trying to make something fun and good. At this time I think it is the only way we can stamp this shit out.

Im really pissed now its gone on way too long and I wanna hunt the fuckers causing it down and get them gone.

It is about time you understand you will not end RR or ruin it all the bickering will do is annoy us. You obviously don't care about RR or us or you wouldn't do this.

I agree, it seems every time two different clubs get together, there is some sort of argument going on.

I just want to have fun and race and if I can't get that here, then I'm just going to play iRacing.

Now I like having teams because it makes for good racing, but sometimes people think thats an excuse to put someone in the wall. I just feel that the team races need a closer eye on them. Taking away teams won't resolve the problem because people will still hate one another.

And people will still be in those teams, they just won't be recognized or rewarded as teams... So... Problem unresolved. Not to mention not every team is an over-patriotic steamroller.
Best way to handle it (imho) is just snoop around and find out where the trouble started, isolate whoever was involved and eventually get to the root and eliminate that root as at team.
On the other hand you could just default teams for a while, such as real-life teams only, random groups, et-c. Besides, people tend to just go with the canon team that uses the nicest looking livery, or a preferable car, rather than who else is in it.

Listen, Everyone. It all boils down to if you don't have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all. Things have quietened down a bit but you could cut the tension with a knife. To be honest, it is very frustrating when you jump on and see a couple of guys fighting on the forums. This guy said this, that guy said that. Its not what any of us want to see no matter who you are. This is a racing community, sure we have other games, but all in all we are a group of guys that like to spend our spare time with the guys that have signed up for the particular series or events that we signed up in. Where did we go wrong guys? Why is it a problem to get along? I know that I have been rather quiet in this situation but it hurts me to see everyone at each others throat. I work 40 hours per week and I work about the same on the site some weeks. This is not what we strive to see. We pride ourselves in great racing and camaraderie. Our pride also lies in our members, you guys are the reason we are here. We have to come together and help each other. This will make us stand out from all the other sites, this will make us flourish as a whole. You guys are the best guys that I have ran across since I have played forza. You guys are the reason I get on Xbox, you guys are the reason I join series', you guys are the lifeblood of the site. When you start arguing, bickering, and completely fall out with one another, that not only brings the morale of the people involved, but brings down the entire site. I truly am glad to call each and everyone of you guys my friends. And to be honest, I have met some of my best friends on here. I have friends on both sides on the fence, on a.personal level, and it really makes me sick to see my friends throwing rocks at each other.

You all are better than this and I know it. You all are the best, otherwise you wouldn't be here. Now its time to start acting like it.

Putting people into walls? I can only imagine people doing that because A. They don't own a car in real life and don't know what it's like to own one, or B. Because they don't have the GALL to do it to someone in real life so they think they're some kinds of hot-shots doing it on FM. :3

The intentional contact guy is banned. In fact we have banned drivers for doing donuts on the track during live racing. We have no tolerance for such things.

Everyone needs to wise up and fly right we are getting tired of this ridiculous back and forth. If you want to ignore what we are warning you about what will happen don't be upset when you are no longer a part of RR. I'm tired of hearing about this.
