Incident Review Form

As you all know we all do our very best to spot and rule on contact in our races however it is easy to miss something by accident and so if you are involved in an incident you would like the series coordinator to review please use the incident report form below.


You must provide a replay for the incident so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR REPLAYS!

Please do not post any incident reports on the public forum this template is made to avoid that.


Instructions:

1. Save your replay.

2. Copy and paste template into a PM.

3. Fill out the template.

4. Send to the series coordinator the incident report in a PM!

5. Wait patiently for a reply.

INCIDENT REVIEW APPEAL PROCESS -

If a driver receives a penalty he feels is unfair please forward your incident review form correctly filled out and a copy of the replay to all RR owners
All appeals will be looked at and a decision given as soon as we can
The result of the appeal is final
If a driver has an appeal in process he is permitted to race in that series while he awaits the final decision of the appeal
All appeals will be looked at seriously however please keep in mind if it is found to warrant a worse penalty than has been given we will advise the race director of our findings
