Prize Paint for the Podiums Empty Prize Paint for the Podiums

Post by s0ul harv3st 9/19/2014, 6:40 pm

I am sure many have seen the paint I was preparing for this car. I unfortunately can not run in the series, even on a limited level due to my schedule so I am going to offer a custom version of that car to the three podium finishers in this series.

Prize Paint for the Podiums Dragongtr

The podium finishers will customize the car through the choice of colors as follows:

As pictured
1. Base Paint - Metal Flake Silver
2. Mask Layer - White
3. Dragon Body - Black
4. Spines - Red
5. Accent - Yellow/green
6. Wheels - Black
7. Mirror - Yellow/green
8. Wing - Yellow/green

(please provide exact color specs from the paint shop if you choose not to use the generic swatches)

In addition you can customize these 3 accents:
Name
Number
Flag

***The car will come with a generic number board I create and will be lacking the RR official sticker.

s0ul if you could also have top 3 finishers get a trophy. Obviously with gold, silver and bronze somehow incorporated.

That paint job is awesome s0ul! I wish I was using it for the series. I'm a horrible painter as you can see from the skyline I'm using right now lol

Due to my lap times I should be getting one of those awesome paint jobs, but alas with my Harvick luck this time around I'm gonna be missing it.

Do you want me to give you the details of the number board so that you can use the one I made? Its not that complicated lol

I historically have only done champ and runner up. It gets to be too much work to do all podiums, especially in series like Dan's with multi class, and Dels with teams and classes.

I was thinking that but I wanted the winners to have the rights to customize the car. IMO Gold and Bronze would limit the selection of colors that would really mesh together. If I were to do that for the prizes I personally would want to finish second because the silver would be the sharpest car.

I already have something made up. I say generic but it is a pretty sharp looking number plate. You will be happy.

Thanks for all the props guys.

When reading this Doctor, I realize you were never delivered that RR themed Indy car. I have it in my locker waiting for you, just remind me next time we're on together.

Sounds good soul. Do what you can for the trophies and as for the number plate I figured id give you the option but I trust your design skills so I'm not concerned.
