Event application zone

I am sure you have seen that we are working on a better way for everyone to apply to run an event/series on RR. Our aim is to make it clearer and easier for people to run things whilst keeping the amount of detail etc. We are working hard and have done a large part of it and we are looking to open it as soon as we can.
