F3ar0fTheFIAT, RocketHamsterz and Dragojet
I regret to inform everyone that myself RocketHamsterz and Dragonjet are no longer racing in the series.
This is due to the fact that me and Dragon tried to prove a point that the race brakes weren't any better. I'm sorry if this made anyone angry about the situation. We didn't do it to blatantly cheat, we had tested it and were not any faster with the race brakes. Rocket also had nothing to do with this, this was a decision by me and Dragon before the race.
We fully accept the penalty with doing that, and knew the penalty going into the race.
Personally I have had some good racing with working through the field every race. I have also had some good races the last few weeks trying to get that last position or hold on to my position in the Blancpain and the Trofeo. I can also say that rocket and dragon had the same feelings at times.
I hope to see everyone on the track again for some good racing.

Well since it sounds like crickets here I guess I'll chime in a bit, here's my $1.54 (had a bit more than $.02 lol)
First I do not know how my name got brought into any of this, I know by who I guess but not why. I supported you guys in the Vipers being able to use race brakes only if there was a HP restriction or a grip restriction such as tire compound or similar. Every Viper driver that was in a party the other night knew my stance. It would be a mistake to say I supported a rule change that allowed race brakes to be fitted on the car without placing a handicap on the car elsewhere (HP, Mechanical grip, etc).
The Viper's are fast and they're a handful without race brakes, I tested one intensively before the season started, it was very fast mid corner and exit, but having to brake almost 100yards before a Vette on corner entry is what made me go with the Vette. So people like you Fiat, who can race the viper as close and clean as we did at Spa, have my respect. Its a handful of a car without the race brakes. I wasn't gonna start anything, but following you into turn 1 and 13 I felt as if your braking distance had decreased dramatically. Like I said though I'm not willing to make any waves here, just ride them!
I do disagree about the race brakes being any better, if they weren't any better there would have been no need to even try them, I've toed the line here, 1- because I'm new, and good, consistent series hosts are hard to find. 2- because you are fast and I'd never let myself down if I lost a championship due to the penalty points I may have accumulated during a season.
I had a ball at Spa and the Nur GP with you, honestly to know what we did at Spa, so close and clean and without communication.... Man that was some talent on both our parts. I'll continue to race with you for sure should my things work themselves out!
Anywhoos wish the best for you all, 190E mostliekly wont work out for me since I have absolutely no time in that car and my schedule is tightening up everyday.

Re: F3ar0fTheFIAT, RocketHamsterz and Dragojet
For those who do not know...
Fiat and Dragonjet were both ejected from the series for purposefully running an illegal build in attempts to "prove a point" to me. The correct way to handle this was to change cars as Sniper, Skywarp, Macdaddy, Convoy, Delerium, myself, and Rocket all had done. Instead they chose a darker path knowing how severe the consequences would be. The rules posted at the beginning of the series states...
SECTION 5 – PENALTIES
1. Race Warning Categories
1.8. Illegal Builds
a) If found to be cheating you will be ejected from the series
b) If found to be an honest mistake you will receive a DQ for the race
c) Repeat offenders for mistakes will be ejected from the series
As you can clearly read, series ejection is the only way that this could have ended. Although they are denying cheating, which may be the case, they have done something equally as egregious in purposefully attempting to undermine the series. Unfortunately the punishment does not end with in the series as this violation is automatically reviewed by site admin for violating site rules.
With the formal offense addressed, I would like to explain to those who do not know what really transpired here. Throughout the entire series I have been consistently and persistently accused of ineptitude for the builds, for the penalty decisions, and for the way in which I run the series. This is really offensive to me because every decision I made, or will make, has and will come after a tremendous amount of thought. I do not just arbitrarily hand out penalties or add random handicaps to builds. Aside from this I have a group of people helping me come to these decisions when needed so when you offend me, you are also offending those individuals who have aided in whatever decision it was.
Going forward I leave the remaining series drivers with this request. Please keep in mind that we do not want to hand out penalties or DQ's or whatever. It sucks to tell someone that they messed up and are going to lose points for the mistake. It, however, is a necessity to keep the racing fair and driver racing as clean as they can.

I have a reply,
Soul, the amount of time and effort you've put into hosting this series is evident. I've only been involved in 4 different series now between FM4-FM5 and this particular series is by far the most established. All of them were great, yet this is the only one I've found that has livery restraints. I'm not gonna kid myself, when I'm on track with 8-16 other cars that are all running identical plates, series sponsors, etc.. it just helps so much with the immersion. You've done a wonderful job with this series as has everyone who participated in all the testing and feedback in the beginning. I wouldn't too much about then I wasn't around for that.
I do have a great friend, a once prominent FM.net member who ran a Rolex GT series based on production cars, and I do know how much testing, feedback, headache, goes into making a series with multiple cars that remain relatively competitive. It's super hard, and anyone willing to criticize anything you or anyone else that's in charge here has done with the Blancpain/Trofeo series is serious need of a reality check.
We all have lives outside of xbox, It takes an enormous amount of time to put something like this together, and not only did you establish all that you have, you even created all the logos and plates for us to use. Confession- I had to paint dragon's (my friend) corvette, which meant I traced your Blancpain plate. Tracing takes half the time that the initial creation does. So you went all out here man, no one has a leg to stand on if they're criticizing you in a non-constructive manner.
Strict rules? They have to start and stop somewhere. I get it, if you want a Camaro or Bentley to be able to run with a Viper or McLaren obviously there has to be some build restrictions. Luckily for me there were no restrictions for my dear Corvette. Even then though when I'm around Sainted and Fiat in the corners I catch myself saying "what I'd do with all that grip" then soon after a straight comes and I stretch my legs in the Vette.
All I'm saying is thanks for a wonderful series! and thanks for being willing to make sure its running right. I'll certainly miss running with Fiat in the Blancpain but sometimes we make our own beds, then have to lay in them..
Thanks Man! I'm patiently creating this master plan that will allow me to be present for Yas, but we'll see!

Re: F3ar0fTheFIAT, RocketHamsterz and Dragojet
Well said Stan, this is one of the best series that I have seen running on Forza 5 full stop. If people would like to see what happens to sites that do not have the rules in place to deal with stuff like this just take a look at the demise of Virtual Motorsport. We here have a code that we run by ad that is TRUST, when things like this happen we all loose some of that.
