Penalties & Complaints

As much as we strive for clean racing, incidents will still happen. This is a place you may post your incident complaint and penalties will be posted. You may also send a message over XBL to myself or TheMiz44 directly. All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of race completion to be valid. Race views from multiple drivers cannot be saved. This leaves the responsibility of the drivers involved to DVR the occurrence.

Penalty Assessment:

If you hit someone and DO NOT take their position = 0 points
If you hit someone and take their position = 3 points
If you hit someone that causes them to pit and you DO NOT take their position = 1 point & +1 point given to damaged driver
If you hit someone that causes them to pit and you take their position = 3 points & +3 points given to damaged driver
If you hit someone that causes them to be out of the race = 5 points & +5 points given to damaged driver per driver

Call your moves. Failure do to so will make an incident your fault.

Blue Flag - If you are approaching lapped traffic verbally call a Blue Flag. If you are being lapped yield to passing cars at the next safe area and communicate location to the passing vehicles.
