For PC and PS4...
I guess its a real big fuck us for buying it. XBOX is stated as forthcoming on the home page of PCARS.

I read through the list of things fixed for the PC and PS4. Its a lot of blah blah blah to me. Nothing of substance and no mention of invisible walls, Private lobbies that can't handle 9 drivers or audio echo machines.
