If you are involved in or are a bystander of an incident on track you are hereby being asked to DVR the incident. This is done by saying "Xbox Record That" within 30 seconds from the time that the incident occurred.

We realize that not everyone has the Kinect hooked up so this feature will not work, however if enough bystanders can submit a DVR video of the incident in their own perspective we should be able to make clear rulings in times of disagreement.
