Why I can't commit to anything else at the moment

As I know most of you are aware unfortunately Helen has been back in hospital for a week now with heart trouble again. We were hoping she was gonna be out tomorrow however it looks like she'l be in for another week still waiting for a pacemaker to be fitted. So as I am in and out of hospital and haven't a clue what time zone i'm on these days and to top it all off I am also having to travel to my mothers as she's not to well either so I can't commit to running in anything new at the moment but obviously will when things are more settled etc.
