RD ALMS Series Info & Rules Updated

Welcome fellow racers and friends to the REAL DEAL ALMS league. OZ DA RULER will be hosting the series room every WENSDAYS @ 9pm EST. Whats the difference you may ask well for starts it will be a maxed out cars mostly example- LMP will not be a R1 they will be X rating and etc. Most cars will be maxed out some will have limits to keep competive with the other cars ,the ones with limits will have * by it with its limits under or besides it. Drivers may sign up now. The 2011 porsche gt3 build will be posted later as the GT porsche. There will be 11 races with two double points races thrown in to mix it up

As of right now we are a one room operation, however eventually we hope to be able to add more Drivers and more rooms. This is Season 1 for us so bear with us and we look forward to an exciting close Points race in each class.


Qaul
1. Held on Race Day Before Race
2. 7 laps to get starting Grid (Ghost)
3. After Qual if you leave lobby to make quick change to your tune you MUST start @ the Tail End (Behind GTC)
4. If you miss Qaul you MUST start @ the Tail End (Behind GTC)

OUT LAP
1. Out Lap Speed is 75 MPH
2. Keep a 2 Car Distance from in front of you
3. If you cause a accident on the out lap that calls for a restart you will have to serve a STOP & GO NO IF ANDS OR BUTTS.
4. Before reaching the start finish line ALL CLASSES must slow to collect field for rolling start.

ROLLING STARTS

LMP
1. Will have its independent start.
2. Last place LMP Car must Call Clear
3. Pole Sitter will Call Go
4. If Start is Jumped, You Must Give Position Back. Since we can’t review during race and it is determined that you did jump the start after a replay is watched and position wasn’t given back a penalty will be assessed @ the Following Race. (Stop & Go/Tail End Start TBD)

GT
1. Will have its independent start.
2. Last place GT Car must Call Clear
3. Pole Sitter will Call Go
4. If Start is Jumped, You Must Give Position Back. Since we can’t review during race and it is determined that you did jump the start after a replay is watched and position wasn’t given back a penalty will be assessed @ the Following Race. (Stop & Go/Tail End Start TBD)

GTC

PITTING
1. Cars Will Be Required To Pit Twice
2. You Cannot Pit On Back To Back Laps
3. Pit Windows Unless otherwise Instructed as
A. 1st Window Laps 15-20
B. 2nd Window Laps 35-40
Ex. on a pit window of 15-20. You can pit on these laps 15-20. You Cannot pit on lap 14 because it will become lap 15 while on pit road, on the other end You Can pit on lap 20. Why because you entered the pits on lap 20 which is the last lap in the pit window.
If you Pit outside of these windows You will receive a STOP & Go Penalty for the following race.

TRACK EDICATE
1. YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT LOWER CLASS CARS ARE RACING AS WELL DO NOT EXPECT OR TELL THE CAR TO GET OFF OR GET OUT OF THE WAY
2. CARS THAT HAVE SUSTAINED DAMAGE AND ARE NOT ABLE TO HOLD A PROPER DRIVING LINE MUST MAKE WAY FOR THE FASTER CAR
3. IF YOU RUN OFF THE TRACK YOU CAN NOT COME BACK ON UNTIL ALL CARS NEAR YOU HAVE PASSED

RESTARTS
Realistically we would rather not have them, but in some cases they are a must.
1. THERE WILL BE NO MORE THE 3 RESTARTS PER RACE AND NONE AFTER GTC HAS COMPLETED LAP 5.
2. If a restart is called because of some ones carelessness they will a serve a STOP & GO THAT RACE NO IF ANDS OR BUTTS, even if another restart is needed.
3. If LAG is the problem the race will be restarted and the Host will create a new lobby.

PENALTIES
1. The will be served the following race.
2. If you do not make the following race it will be assessed of the next race you return.
3. If a restart is done and your penalty was tail end you still must start @ the tail end.

LAG
1. If you lag out into your own room finish your Race and snap a pic of your End Time As well as the Pits you make.
2. If we lose half the field (ie Laguna Seca) It will be considered a Yellow Flag. Therefore if your continuing to race and receive multiple game invites from OZ or Myself you will know A restart is being called with the remaining # of laps to be run. (not a complete race restart)
