How are we doing?

We need to know how we are doing and are we as good as what you expected us to be etc. also feel free to let us know what you think in text etc.

I think that we are doing excellent right now Del. Excellent job, Del and everyone else that helps out with this site.

I have reset the stats for the poll as we have a lot of new members and it was done so long ago. Our members impressions and thoughts are important to us so this seems a good time to do it again to find out properly in terms of numbers what you guys think. Please vote even if you had voted last time. Also please post any ideas you have and we will look and discuss them.

Wow, things have changed drastically while I've been gone. Things are looking nice and it looks like you have a lot of new members. Nicely done.

Bump

I'm a real fan. It seems like this is a bunch of guys, at core, who are not only diverse in thinking, but also in age, skill-set, and background. It's not run by one or two guys, but by committee. And there are pockets of people who are really good at certain things. Driving, organizing, website, design, etc.

Decisions are somewhat secretive (although I deliberately try not to play politics and am bad at it), but good at heart. The rules are clearly posted and tempers get calmed if they flare in the wrong direction, no matter who does the flaring. God knows we all are capable. But in the end, I could not have found a place where I feel more welcome and where it's a pleasure making a contribution. Getting over-extended is very easy.

We're doing just fine. I know I'm not in any series (other than F1), but that's only because most races are run at times that don't suit my schedule. But it's good to see that the site is progressing in design, participation and diversity of events (sports games, fantasy leagues, etc.).
