We finished them earlier in the week, thought sniper may have posted it by now.

The Tampa Bay Lightning wins the Stanley cup in a 3-0 sweep of the Colorado Avalanche.
Game 1: Tampa 1-0 Colorado

Game 3: Tampa 2-0 Colorado

Congratulations to Sniper on a closely fought series and the Cup. As you can see i had issues scoring goals

You mean these games are complete? Why have we heard nothing about this until now?

Week one complete for Phoenix. Already traded for an experienced, former All Star goalie to back up on ice.

I got some scoring lines making it happen. Need to work on my defenders. Lets see what I can find in the trade mill.

I need a left wing, anyone got a spare that they can afford to spare?

I do have a few. Let me get on my roster tonight and look. There is a guy I want to pull up from minors anyway.

This is my fault in terms of not posting results. I told luongo I would do it and never did. And also rowdy I thought you knew my bad.

I haven't looked into great detail of my needs/wants but I am going to feel out my team before putting up a trade block.

Yea, same here. I have a funeral to attend on Friday in Mississippi, then ALMS on Saturday and F1 on Sunday, but I'd love to play, I just have NO CLUE (even more than playing) what "GM Mode" is like. Having played hockey all my life and followed the Hurricanes very closely (just got back from a game last night), though, I have a VERY GOOD idea of what they can spare and what they need, if the game mimics real life. It looked like the rosters were literally up to the second in the game.

GM is a lot easier to pick up than you think. I will try to help you out the best I can when you get back. Trading with CPU can be tricky. Pay attention to their wants - sometimes you may have to overpay for a great move.

Might start up one with just the two of us, get you used to it all.

If I could figure this whole mess out I'd be better at keeping up. Sorry for the lack of focus, but apparently there are games to be played? Trades? (Now, Luongo, ok, maybe JS can't be considered a "great" but he did help the Pens a great deal with getting the Cup and is an assistant captain; Tlusty is "good" -- lust look at his stats this year...and I wish I had the balls to trade Skinner, but he may have more potential than any of them). Apparently, if I am still in, I am advancing with what I got. If it's a current team with a healthy Cam Ward, not bad.

I'll have skinner if you don't want him.
