I have no problem with gifting the decals as long as they are only used for RR series'.

Due to unforseen circumstances (by me anyway) Team Twisted Racing failed to get the needed sponsorship for this event and have been forced to withdraw. RR Chelsea is in the process of talking to a new team, with a view of driving for them instead. Tolly on the otherhand has become unavailable.
