My Gaming Furture
Guys I would like to say that this is some greatest guys I have ever been around. That being said, when the new console comes out I will not be buying it. I think it is over priced and the games coming out as of late are not "SIM" like. Or what I have seen anyway. I do believe I will be going a different route for my Sim racing. I will be purchasing a computer and going with iRacing. (Fingers crossed) just thought I would share that as I have been thinking about it for the past couple of days.

Re: My Gaming Furture
I was a big pc only gamer before the Playstation 2 but not online but found different frustrations some of them worse than console gaming etc but I didn't play the best racing games either but system crashes etc etc were just too annoying and at the time I had an up to date machine. I also think we don't really know anything about the Xbox 1 or Forza 5 yet or for all we know Project cars is the new sim racer for Xbox. I honestly don't know where the grass is greenest and obviously if you do switch il miss racing with you but hope it all works out.

Let me know when you get iRacing, I could use some people to race with.

No rule against doing both, though. Or from Realistic having some sort of iRacing section?
Will definitely miss you if you go Rowdy.

Be a cold day in hell when that happens mate. And yep £400 notes is one hell of a lot of money but all the extra I've done lately will help offset that a little, and the fact that I aint gotta pay for the lazy little bastard no more.

Re: My Gaming Furture
Whether I get the Xbox One or not, I'll be keeping the Xbox 360 (in fact Microsoft have recently advised us to do so) because none of our existing games will run on the Xbox One, and new games are still being developed for the 360
iRacing doesn't run to well on my PC setup

Re: My Gaming Furture
My graphics cards are alright (running two cards in SLI mode), but my problem seems to be memory. I'm using Windows 7 32bit when I need to run 64bit to make use of the memory that I have installed. Don't know if I can be bothered at the moment...

Re: My Gaming Furture
Del, I have removed you from my friend list - i don't want some combine harvester boy slating me when I"m not a scouser! i just support the team! I'm a Hertfordshire lad living in Cheshire not some scally living in Toxteth!!
If there are any real scousers on here (not a plastic one like me) no offence meant - just reacting to the cider drinking bumpkin!!!
