quick message to new and old members

As you guys can see we have had and will have more guys joining so please can we make sure we make all newcomers welcome etc in the proper Realistic way and on the flip side please can new members make a few posts etc and get to know your way around the site and please feel free to post any suggestions etc as here we are always more than happy to listen and if it makes sense etc you will see we will implemeted as we are very member led here.
