Re: THE REAL DEAL ALMS LEAGUE
No problem guys and thank you. As an LMP driver I know that if I hit one of you GT or GTC drivers, my race will be over. The LMP's are so dependent on their aero that any damage will cripple the car and lower lap times. So to prevent this I like to:
1) Give the upcoming driver/class a heads up. This way there aren't any surprises once I catch them.
2) Know the drivers and cars that you'll be racing with. If you associate yourselves with the drivers you'll be running with calling passes will be easier and more accurate.
3) Tell the slower car which side you're going on. That means left or right not inside or outside. The reason for this would be that in a sequence of corners the inside of the 1st corner may become the outside of the 2nd. This can lead to trouble.
4) Most Importantly BE PATIENT!!!
These three things should help, well they help me anyway.
I'd also like to add that without having any pressure last night it allowed me to go through the field nicely. If I was battling with someone than I would be a bit more aggressive, but not reckless.

Sniper I would say that you are a very good driver and I appreciate your passing skills. And congrats on the win.

Re: THE REAL DEAL ALMS LEAGUE
I agree, in multiclass racing communication is CRUCIAL!! That is the biggest reason we want to keep the chatter in the race to a minimum. Drivers need to be able to hear other drivers calling their passes. Like Sniper said, use left side, or right side. Inside or outside could get confusing on the track. And please if someone calls out right side DON'T move to the right side!! ALL classes NEED to be RESPECTFUL of other classes!!! We are all racing and are all battling for position.

Re: THE REAL DEAL ALMS LEAGUE
If anyone wants to get in on some more GT3 Cup action, I just added the IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge
Same build as this series. I'll gift over the series decals (GTC drivers can use their livery from this series or create a new one, your choice).
It's running as a companion to the last 4 races of the International LeMans Cup (which still has openings, wink, wink),but I can extend the schedule if there is enough demand.

I was racing and it said everyone left the race. I was still running my laps and in the lobby race but was on the track all by myself. Not sure what the hell happened there.

Lap 15 there was an accident between Sykes and I . This is being reviewed and due to sykes leaving the series the punishment is being determined .
