Forum Use Rules

This is the acceptable use policy as per forummotion guidelines. This is our rulebook for the forums. You must abide by all of these rules, otherwise, appropriate actions will be taken. The proper adherence of these rules is critical as forummotion has the ultimate right to dissolve our community.

1. You will not post any image(s) or text(s) that contains the following: pron, defamatory,
racist, prejudice, indecent, or anything harmful to another party.

2. You will not tamper with the forums in any way if you are not asked to do so. This is a direct violation, and is also considered an internet crime, stated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crime Source.

3. You will not: Spam post(s) or spam thread(s).

4. You will not post anything negative about: other teams, other members, Realistic Racing, nor any other organizations (including RCOM).

5. You must participate on the forums. Your account will be deleted after 3 months of inactivity, and your driver number will be recollected.

6. Moderators (Community Management) and Admin have the right to remove or moderate any posts that are made, if they do not comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. You MUST use your Xbox Live Gamertag as your profile name. It is our only means of identification, and helps organizing events.

8. When in a tournament, user-created or Official, You MUST follow the rules and guidlines set forth during and before the race.

9. Harassment of any member WILL NOT be tolerated under any condition.

Everyone is entitled to free speech, however, You will not abuse this right. If it violated the Acceptable Use Policy, than free speech doesn't apply. Do not post such topics like religion, sex, orientation, or anything of that nature.
