Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
I might be able to run this after all depending on the actual race time, will it be at 12 a.m GMT time? If not then I'll donate my Dunlop Special for the #5 Falcon to anybody who wants it.

Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
Yes sir.
Also I'll need a couple of things from you guys:
1 The livery you plan on running.
2 The car you plan on running. As of now there is one Holden left. But if anyone really would like to drive the Holden both Del and I are willing to run the falcon.
3 After looking at the number of teams we have (1). We will not be running a team championship. Instead we will be running a constructor’s championship including all of the Holden’s and Ford's.
Piihb and Chelsea you may still run the same scheme and share data. You two can contact me with concerns.
4 I will be setting up the point table, rules, and site tabs tonight after work. I have already finalized the schedule, which will include 9 races (1 being the exhibition) that will finish in the beginning of December. Just so everyone knows I have replaced Catalyna with maple valley short.
5 s0ul harv3st brought to my attention last night a set of rims that you can put on your car that will only add 2lbs to your weight that can be painted. I may be adding these to the rules. Check back later.
6 I have some site stuff to do when I get home but I will most likely run a test tonight around 9 or 10. All are welcome.

Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
I will try to make this test run. These cars are a blast to drive. Also if anyone needs any tuning help with these cars let me know. Without a tune they are tough to drive. I have a great base tune for the Ford and the Holden. It will not take much to tweak it for each track we will be running. See everyone on the track.

I'll be about but you've scheduled it to start during the final hour of petit le mans according to my poor maths, If i'm wrong let me know. I would be surprised as i expect you and sublime at least to be watching.

Shit, your right thats not going to work as I'll be watching it too. Would anyone be against running it an hour later at 10?
Also is it on TV sublime or ESPN3?

Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
Good to have you aboard Hired.
There will be rule changes regarding all cars in the V8 Supercar Series:
1) Rims must be ROTA Tarmac 3's
2) Race drive line is required
This allows people with custom paints to paint they're rims. However anyone with a locked paint will not be able to.
More rules to come later this evening.

Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
Hey there Sniper, if you need me to switch over to the Ford Commodore to make things even as well, let me know as well. I may not like it, lol, but it'll make things more even in the constructor's championship.

Re: V8 Supercar's Discussion
Quick question on the wheels, are they mandatory or is it just if you want to paint them? I like to original wheels. It keeps it looking like a real V8 Supercar with the center wheel hub and all.
