Re: F1 Discussion, general
Standing are posted. I'll get the lap times and other data up too.
QUESTION: When do you all think we should run Malaysia? Weekend after this one (Easter) or weekend after that?
Thanks.

I'll be on tomorrow and Thursday from 9 until around midnight. Was on earlier, but hitting the sack shortly - been a long weekend and couple of days.
Btw, fortunately my dad didn't suffer a stroke - he had a trapped blood vessel in the neck which was causing parts of the brain to temporarily shut down (defending against an aneurysm we're told). He's fine now. speaking and recognising everybody, so all good.
Have you heard that Chelsea is getting the game - can't keep him out of a good thing

Re: F1 Discussion, general
Ahh the wheel. So much fun. So many more variables, at least with fanatec. But I think I have them sorted now.
Sounds like the weekend after Easter is the consensus. That would be April 7th I believe. Plenty of time to practice, but 2-3 races in a row after that!
Any strong objections, let me know.

Yep, will be shipping the wheel to him on Friday so it should be with him Monday or Tuesday - plenty of time for him to practise

Not sure what Bronn is using, but wheel have a heavy contingent of wheel users when Chelsea signs up (did you like what I did there?) LOL

Bronn is on a wheel too. And love your recruiting. You are a great advocate. People must pay you much attention!

I'll be on a bit later if anyone fancies a spin, although i know its the Forza endurance series tonight. I'll be a little bit under the influence but promise not to be too aggressive

Re: F1 Discussion, general
Changed the official schedule for the Malaysia race to April 7th. By that time, the UK will be on daylight savings time, so qualifying will start 4:30pm Eastern USA.

Re: F1 Discussion, general
Just a thought. on Sunday after we've had a good practise session maybe we could do a public lobby to see if we can get some new members and sign-ups to the league? Obviously this would be subject to agreement from site admins... Any thoughts?

Re: F1 Discussion, general
I don't see why not. Although public lobbies can be kind of dicey, we can explain the rules and what we are looking for up front.
What time should we practice? I have a race Sunday that may be reset to 9pm GMT so that would get me done around 10:30pmGMT (I think). In any case, Would Saturday be a better option, or late Sunday? Tonight even, if there is interest....

Tonight is out of the question - been at the in laws drinking for the past 5 hours!! Tomorrow is good, and also Sunday I'll be on quite late so can be flexible.

Re: F1 Discussion, general
OK, let's say tomorrow at 9pm my time, 1am Sunday your time, and 6pm California time (for Bronn). If anyone wants to tweak it, feel free to post.
I think Sunday will be a little cramped with some of us having races and it being Easter and all.

I'm in the 1:42's in the Merc - hoping to improve that tonight. October is in the 1:39's in a McLaren
If I see you on later maybe have a session?
