What I expect from the drivers

I expect all drivers to know both the series rules and RR's standard rules and adhere to them
During racing all chat should be kept to a minimum.  All drivers have access to the incident review form etc so I will not tolerate shouting in the race lobby when other drivers are trying to race.  If at any time I feel chatter is getting too much I will ask for quiet.
I expect drivers to call moves as well as pit entry and exits
If you are going to miss a race please let me know if you can either on the forum or via message
Please be ready to race 15 mins before start time so we can start promptly I will only wait a max of 5 mins, the only exception to this is due to connections and I will do what I can to get drivers in.  If 2 drivers connections are clashing priority will be given to the driver highest in standings.
Any driver that gains time by running all 4 wheels over the white lines at the edge of the track either on entry or exit will be given a points penalty.
Basically I expect all drivers to race with fairness and good morals as well as within the rules at all times
If you get damage you are expected to pit and finish the race, if you roll your car and end up in a dangerous position and quitting is sensible then please do so.  If you quit when there is no need you may incur a penalty
If you feel something is unfair etc please come and talk to me about it

Helen will be updating the points tables for me and we will do our best to get it updated asap each week

I need to fill the following jobs:
2nd in command - To assist with the series and run the lobby in case I can't make it
Incident replay official to join myself and 2nd in command to make 3 officials.  If 1 of us is involved that driver will not be able to rule so we will pick a replacement official.
Media Executive - I would like to have someone to takes pics etc from the weekly race days

I do expect officials to lead by example

I had a test session last night and gained a 1.5 seconds a lap by the end.  I then had a great session today and pulled another 0.6 of a second a lap after a couple of adjustments.  I have ran somewhere in the region of 75 laps over the 2 sessions and I think I can get a little more out of it but probably not a lot but hey I got nearly 2 weeks and I think il need at least another half a second.  

Oh and thanks for putting me against sniper for the rwd championship I really appreciate that LOL.

Was almost odds on when 2 out of 4 cars are rear wheel drive mate, but the car is a good one and you've already made great strides forward with it.

Thank you very much to everyone for your patience last night. It was a great race night very clean for such close racing and I really enjoyed racing with you all. I hope you all had fun and good luck to you all for the season (except the hairdresser LMAO).

Just to let you all know this week I will be looking at the pit exit at Laguna Seca to see if it is sensible to run the full proper exit or if we make an exception and exit earlier crossing the white line. If I feel it is too dangerous I will adjust the laps and do away with a pit stop in race 2 for this track.

Welllllll it's pretty clear that I need to learn more about tuning lol. Lots of work to do before the next race.

Just watched the video Russ posted. Don't get the fire extinguisher blow on the damn thing.....idiot.

Just to make it clear the pit lane entrance we are using at Bugatti is before you enter the final corner NOT after the final corner

I am looking at Laguna exit tonight and will post what we are doing there asap

After looking at the full pit exit at laguna it is workable and its the same for all so that is what we are going to do.

Superb driving and racing on show tonight by all, I really enjoyed it a lot so thank you all.  I am sorry you missed this 1 Swarley and hopefully we see you back next week mate.

I have 2 important points for next week at Spa

a.  Please make sure you run a pit stop before race night

b.  Please remember the white line rules here as I will be watching the replays even in hotlaps if a penalty is deemed appropriate you will be notified and the penalty will be applied after the race night.  If you do go over the lines it will go in your favour if we can see you have lifted and given some time back etc.  Please remember we don't like giving penalties and it is only done for fairness to all.

Both JJ and green have decided to no longer race in the series and Dan and I have promised a drive to an old friend of our Mr Casino.  It has been decided that he will be able to choose from the cars left on the list as well as the GT86 and the Clio which JJ and Green were driving.  I will make sure everything is sorted out in a proper manner this week and will chat with Casino in a party when I can.  I am sure Casino will slot straight in and have fun, I will just say he is new to Forza 5 so if anyone can spare a little time to help him out tuning/painting etc I would appreciate it very much.

I would like to thank you all very much for making this the series what it has become I meen I can't remember a time when I was in a 3 car battle for 3rd place on the last lap of a 25 lap race you guys are all a real credit to RR and it is a real pleasure to race with you all (except Snipper) lol.

Well guys that's about it guy's so onto Spa good luck to you all for the rest of the seaon. (3rd time lucky Dan il get ya lol)

Thanks for having me back. Ive missed racing with everyone. I will do my best to not get in the way of you all and ruin your season as im jumping in when its almost over and im getting used to, what it feels to me, a more sensitive set of triggers on the xb1 controller.
