Sorry I have been super busy, I had to work all weekend and those who know what I do know how exhausting that can be. I will get on that here within the hour. He had registered before the deadline so no matter what he would have been allowed to race.

Fourza-As of right now yes, obviously we can't predict server malfunctions but for now it is on schedule.

Yes, the default tire pressure bar is 210 when leaving the pits regardless of your settings.

If rules are going to change please give us more notice. I understand the game is semi broken and I understand delirium has been busy with real world things. I am very busy this time of year as well. I think it's crap to change the rules the day before the race from 3x tire wear to real tire wear. It doesn't give us any time to plan a pit strategy for the race and the change didn't fix the problem anyways. I understand something had to change cause the game was broke from the patch but 1 day to test? Then 5 mins before the race we change to 35 laps. So here is what happened for me..
Step 1. Plan for 45 lap race 3x tire wear for 2 weeks.
Step 2. Patch comes out and pits are broken and nobody knows what to do 1 week before the race. Throw all testing out the window.
Step 3. We get notified tire wear is changed and have 20 hours to plan for it.
Step 4. In lobby and ready to race. Race is changed to 35 laps right before race start and small amount of real tire wear testing is thrown out the window.
Step 5. Pick a tire and hope it's the right one cause all the rules changed and the race is starting.
I'm not upset the the guys running the series cause the update really screwed us. I just would appreciate more notice so we can test if changes are going to be made. This series has the potential to be one of the greats as long as SMS doesn't keep screwing us. If more problems happen tell us or push back the race. If the series gets stretched too long due to problems then remove some races. Just my opinion. Thanks.
And we are defiantly running a 2nd GT series whether it's Forza 6 or P-cars. Delirium is getting screwed with the p-cars bugs especially if they keep happening.

I was in a party with Delirium the night before when he was trying to decide what to do. There was limited testing that could be done, and not everyone was in agreement about what should be done. With the limited information we had I'll stand by Delirium that he made the right call at the time. I also give him props for acknowledging there was a problem, bringing in help, and making a decision instead of just ignoring it.

Doc, you and Shane were the two that pointed out the issues and then seeked me out to inform me of them 3 days before the race, that right there is barely any time to test anyways. Would you rather have me just keep it the way it was and have you get mad about the game and possibly drop out of the series? Because in your message you said it was likely for you and others to rage quit and leave the series halfway through because of the problems. I can't just keep pushing the series back every week. We are already racing into October now. Also if I shorten it too much, the amount of races you can record gets lower and lower. Would a series where you can only record 3 races be fun, no. Not with all the problems the game brings. Or would you have me address the problems you came up with? I am doing the best I can with this broken game. I understand the frustration, but still.

At the top of the page it says series discussion. So I thought I would discuss it. If you are asking my opinion I would have turned pitting off because changing the rate the tire wears doesn't change the fact we still have to pit and get the pitting bugs that come with it. I think my problem is I take the series racing too seriously for the site at times. I'll still run the series with you Delirium even if you tell us to drive in reverse only the day before the next race. Sorry if my previous post sounded like I was bashing you cause that wasn't my intention. I understand the game is broken on Xbox so I am just running the series for fun now and just hoping it works. Maybe we will get lucky and get a patch midway.

No. Settings will be the same as week one; they will stay this way until I have more time to test.

Alright everybody it is race night! Woohoo! Just a few short things to mention before the festivities begin tonight. 1. As Dan asked earlier, the settings will be the same as the opener; meaning tire wear will still be on "real." This will not change until I have time thoroughly test and examine solutions on vacation in Colorado beginning August 8th. 2. We will all attempt to get into one lobby tonight, but only for 10-15 minutes. If this does not work out, we will split off into two groups again like last week and finishing position will still be based on end race timer with the average qualifying lap time added in for racers under the lead lap. (Same as last week) If this goes down again, the people who opted to race tonight in the registration page will be in one lobby, anyone else will be in the other. (Room 1: Delirium, Colonel, OZ, Skywarp, Dan, Shane, Tom, Mero, Luongo. Room 2: Miz, Yellowchief, Sniper, Del, Doc, Gargos, Majestic, Fourza.) 3. I will send out invites 20 minutes prior to the start of practice to allow time for everyone to try and get connected early, I know I would appreciate not racing late again. Hope to see everyone tonight and let's have some fun & competitive racing!

On the race schedule it shows race #4 Silverstone GP. On the overall points page it shows race #4 donington park. Just wanted to make sure race #4 was still Silverstone. Thanks

The race schedule is the correct schedule, so yes Silverstone is number 4. And too bad you won't be there, wouldn't mind grabbing a bite at the bar with ya since the Eastern buddies all got their little get together lol

Hello everyone. Here is the specified game plan for the race tomorrow night. After having some discussions, we will try and get everyone into the same lobby PRIOR to the beginning of practice that starts at 8pm. If you could please be on 15 minutes or so early that would be much appreciated. If ANYONE has any problems connecting before 8:05 we will immediately switch over to two rooms. I know this isn't desirable, but to get everyone who wants to race in we must do so. I will post below this who will be in which rooms. Settings for tires will still be "real" for this race. Though I expect I will get time to practice the following week and test. This will most likely be the last week with this setting. Also if we have fuel issues with the pitting, I may look into altering that as well but for now it will be the same. Sorry to everyone and thank you for your patience.

Also; last week we had an official complaint filed for the beginning of the race incident. First off, we know the game is broken yes? I viewed the footage multiple times and yes it seemed like just a race incident. However it was one that no one could control and it hindered multiple drivers off the bat. I don't like that. I don't like the game dictating that it can just dick people for no reason. Therefore, I am awarding a bonus of 2 extra points to the four parties involved in the incident. (Retom7, HONUSDAN, Skywarp72, b macdaddy) I will update this in the points before tomorrow. Once again thank you for your patience.

Wondering if we could get more than a weeks notice if the rules/tire wear is going to change. I know the game/rules are broken at the moment but we have already been testing for broken game/rules racing. I feel a 2 week notice rather than a 1 week notice would be nice if everyone is ok with that. I just don't have time to keep throwing our testing out the window and starting over. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Well, I was definitely forcing Delirium's hand with this room thing. Last week was just crap for me having to restart the game literally, 10 times, still not work and ultimately not race. I'm OK with the tire wear on 1x for now, but my issue is going to be if we ever have to decide to pit on the fly. Any press of the button to edit my pit strategy rolling into my pit box and my tires come out with the wrong pressures and in half a lap, my tires become unusable. It's good that the Bentley has a gas tank to match the boat that it is, but if we have to take fuel the only way I can think of doing this is to figure how much has I will have at a certain pit stop and make sure my default fuel guage setting gives me enough when I stop.
